I personally wouldn't have an issue with it especially with them being cousins and so young. We used to share beds or all sleep on the floor. We made a giant blanket fort with twinkle lights for the girls to sleep under. As we got older it came out that one of my male cousins was gay and it never became an issue with the boys.
